The mission of
WPCRC is to be a gathering place for EVERYONE in our
community. In order to provide this service and quality
recreational, cultural, educational and community programs,
a minimal fee is required to participate in the programs.
ID Card
Every person entering the building is required to have an ID
card. This is an annual fee. There is a $3 replacement
fee if card is lost.
